Wentz? He wasn't a scholarship recruit. Not that I remember anyway. I thought he was a walk on that was going to play both baseball and football. I have a hard time counting him against the numbers. By the way, I heard he is doing really well at baseball. Sounds like a great kid.
Everyone just relax, all right? Believe me, if there's one thing Ron Burgundy knows, it's women.

Yeah, that's what I remember too. Wentz was going to walkon but during the summer decided to concentrate on baseball.

5 out of 25. 25%. Not perfect, but not brutal either. The only kid I had a problem with was Hakeem Bourne McFarlane. (I was loving him when we got him). He had red flags prior to signing with us. He was trouble. Kicked off his HS basketball team.

Osborne is the one that hurt the most. Highly recruited Safety from Texas that chose us over some 1A schools and then left prior to being a 4 year starter. Was listed as starter at safety after his redshirt season.

LB verbal Kyle Emmanuel is averaging 18 ppg in HS hoops, 6th in the state of Nebraska (2nd class) and leads the state shooting 66% from the field.

Another feature that has drawn the attention of college coaches is Jackson blazing fast speed. Timed last summer with a 4.23 40-yard time, Jackson is an elite track star, having appeared in the junior Olympics six times since starting to compete at age nine.
Just a hundreth slower than Deion Sanders fastest 40 time.

Where do you get 5 of 25?

The 2008 class had 16 HS scholarship athletes, 1 JUCO and 4 preferred walk ons. That would be 21.

Not to kick a guy who's down, but isn't that 20%?
