To be honest, I just looked at the replay in real time on ESPN3. We were on the opposite side of the field and I just got home last night so I didn't get a chance to see anything until this morning. WOW.

Anyway. There isn't anything there that can't be attributed to a "oh shit, the play is close to me, I gotta get this guy out of the way" kind of situation here.

He's a RSo, not a senior. This was a mistake, nothing more.

No, come on guys, the SS board is absolutely correct. NDSU is a dirty team. For the sake of their players' safety (and dignity) they should avoid playing NDSU ever again.

Those guys are beyond ridiculous. Bad hit? Yes. Dirty? Consider this:

1. The hit was near the ball
2. The hit was during the play
3. The kid didn't have an injury or anything else special about him that would make him a target.
