Not until the current contract is up. And even after the jump to 16 if you think a non P5 team will get in you are joking yourself. What ever happens with this is most certainly a play for these schools to keep a playoff to themselves and exclude others from money.

Not true, you are forgetting what the P5 is all about. They don't want anyone playing in their sandbox.
Those teams would be second tier. With the P5 at 64 teams they would take up all of the playoff spots unless there is political pressure and threats to at least let in some lessor teams.
