    115000 population in Fargo; 220000 metro with 15% sustained projected growth for next 40 years. And ND projected to reach 1 million people within 20 years.

    If you grow 220,000 @ 15% sustained you get Fargo to a million in a decade and 40 the city would be bigger than California and Texas combined.
