Very nice. To be ranked #5 overall is awesome.

Sagarin is now out NDSU is #17 and #22 in the predictor rating. K-State was #23 in both...so NDSU finishes with a top 25 win!

MFVC finishes as the highest-rated FCS conference and is head of both MAC divisions and C-USA-East. Big Sky finishes as the 7th ranked FCS conference.
It's OK to not be OK.

Excellent post. Are these the highest finishes ever for 2nd division teams?

Also, aside from having a top 25 win, the Bison went undefeated against top 25 teams.

Quoted for emphasis. Reasonably objective measure. Numbers don't lie.

Per Izzo, highest ever FCS Sagarin finish was 1996 Marshall at #14.

    Very good company.

Those are the composite scores, right? I'm pretty sure we already identified that '96 Marshall finished in the teens on the predictor score.
