    Anyone have the inside story as to why he's leaving? How are we looking at the safety spot opposite Heagle?

    If that is his honest reason then I respect that. The work and sacrifice that go into it are far and away above even the most elite high school programs. Sometimes people lose the passion when it becomes more "joblike".

    That sucks. Is he staying at NDSU for academics?

    I attended because MSUM wouldn't have me.
