2011 Gopher Game... Let the Planning Begin

80's son lives in Mpls, and we've scheduled the weekend to look something like this:

Thursday eve- arrive Mpls, large steak, beer
Friday am- golf, beer
Friday pm- golf, large steaks, beer
Saturday am- golf, beer
Saturday pm- beer, football, beer, large steaks, beer
Sunday am- golf, preplanning CSU road trip
Sunday pm- home

Looks great though i think you could fit in some steak and eggs Sunday am... need to replenish ya know !!

How early are you getting up to golf on Saturday AM? My guess is that this will be a B10 Network game with an 11 AM kickoff. Or perhaps you aren't tailgating?

this has been discussed...Sat am golf may be impossible if the 11:00 am kickoff comes into play. Thursday night arrival was the solution for any possible early kickoff time on Saturday.

Good location next to the stadium. You can tailgate in their parking lot and I know of at least 4 tailgating groups with rigs staying here. Also heard you can "buy" extra spots for people not staying there to come tailgate for $20.

how many points will the gophers win by this time around? we dont have the mistake in charge of the program anymore so i figure a good 24 point win for the U! good luck to the bison you guys will need it!

Well your name sure fits so given the opportunity, I will take you up on your offer.

I can only wish the Gophers the best as they move on with a new and this time potentially good coach. Kill may be the real deal. However, we have been down this path before. I expect a tough game as the 'more athletic gophers' still have to work with their fragile psyche. It will take them a while to believe in themselves.

Learn from history young streamer.

in all honesty I don't think 24 points is a real possibility! I do think this a game we expect to win and if I was to gamble I would say 10 points would be realistic. I expect ndsu to be ranked as one of the top 5 in fcs but u guys can't pass and we can't defend the pass so you guys will running into our strength of next year our front 7. it would be nice to stop playing the dakotas-its always such a big deal to you guys, which is obvious! nice thing though-there won't be 30000 und fans there, I would guess there will be about 10000 und fans cause the gopher faithful are planning on the new coach beating an inferior opponent! we won't win many home games next year!
