I remember that game very well. NDSU was completely dominated on offense like I have never seen and were clearly the weaker team(well, maybe aside from the SIU game later that season), had a punt blocked for a TD, and still had a chance to win at the end. Both (2 total) of the Bison's losses in the dome since going D1 had fluky turnovers that completely changed the outcome. It's going to take something like a blocked punt or INT touchdown return to beat us at home. IMO and the home record easily backs it up, the Bison protect home field at least as good as anyone in football.
From the 10 o'clock wday news, Bohl says to the fans attending the game "yell like hell, stand up and be loud. If someone tells you to sit down...tell them...too bad"
I can't wait. Gunna be a great weekend to be a Bison.
If coach is asking the fans for that much help...we should be worried. I think this is going to be a tough game & we'll be lucky to come out of it with a win. The team is not healthy...our injury problems aren't anywhere near being over and that is going to hurt us the rest of the season. I'm just trying to be realistic.
Be worried if you want but I think Bohl saying we need everybody standing and going nuts in the seats is great. Maybe we can get those old blue hairs in the seats excited for once and tell the Dome Nazi's where to stick it.
"The Coach Told Us to Stand" "Bite Me" as I'm escorted out of the building.
Hail The BISON, Hail the BISON, with their tails up in the air. University, University, YOU CAN KISS WHATS UNDER THERE
I'm a little worried about winning this game SIU is the toughest team that I've ever seen in the Fargodome. This is the biggest game ever in the dome. We're the underdogs. Just because Bohl wants a loud dome doesn't mean he's worried. It kind of makes me thing of this youtube video of Clemson, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1GcK...elated&search= note: be sure to turn down your speakers for that video
THE DOME WILL BE ROCKIN!!!!!!!
This should be exactly the type of game where having a rabid loud home field advantage can make a difference.
