Oh heavens no, that form of recruiting is completely on the up an up, so long as you are from certain select universities.

Maybe this has already been posted somewhere but it's worth repeating anyway. I love our new qb's quote in McFeeley's column today.

“There is a winning tradition there. They play in a dome. The facilities are top of the line,” Mohler said. “North Dakota is all about football. It’s like a mini Nebraska, where people eat, drink and sleep football. That’s what I want."

Man, I thought that last year we had a pretty solid class. This year, we seem to have raised the bar. What I like the most from this class is the height and speed of the defensive backs that we signed. These last 2-3 recruiting classes are going to be fun to watch. You could put together a pretty salty defense with just the underclassmen...

"U N" looked to do a very good job engaging his blocker and then coming off to make the tackle as he saw where the play was going and what was going on around him. I like how he threw both arms out and form tackled. He didn't just use his size to knock people down. You can only tell so much from a highlight reel and I am no coach but he looked like he has real good fundamentals and always kept going. (the one tackle on the wideout was 15 20 yards down field he used the angle and got there to help out.)

yeah i liked how he didn't quit on any plays...(of course if he did quit it wouldn't be on his highlight reel)
