I think the final is $2,895,000 and it has ended it sounds like. It is 231% of the goal. I am so thrilled for my alma mater.

$2,905,670 total including $487,154 for athletics, most of it for NIL. Even smaller sports like women's basketball raised over 30 grand. That's very impactful for only 1-1/2 days

Larsen and Dave should be embarrassed at the lack of giving to men's basketball.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

My understanding is that $2 million is what is needed to be solid with NIL for all sports. That’s what my source informed me, and he’s connected. Your thoughts?

Also heard at tailgate Saturday that all NIL donations to SIU will go to MBB.

Regardless, this was and is a huge success. Thank you to all that donated.

And, don’t believe everything you think—jussayin’.

Liberals of BV need not respond to my posts. I don’t need to get any more dumb.

A half million in a day is impressive

I think 2 million would be a good starting point. Not sure if I would call it solid. If mens basketball wants to be competitive they will need a million a year themselves just to get to where they were at their peak

Football will need 2 million minimum, especially if we ever move up. It sounds absurd but that's only 45 grand each to cover the 2 deep of 44 players with nothing extra going to the big dogs. If you do it by class, we have 40 juniors and seniors

The big dogs have an NIL budget of 20 million

I looked up what we raised last year it was 1.5 million and 2.1 the previous year so we smashed those goals this year.

    Interesting….
Post here on Bisonville that you’re not particularly happy in the way something went down within the collective…
and two days later, you get a call from the administrative assistant! Coincidence? Maybe…?
Maybe some of you received telephone calls today as well?

I got a call today from the green and gold fund. Talked for 20 minutes about all sorts of concerns. At the end of the call invited me to call back if we missed anything. Didn't resolve the issues I have, but appreciate the willingness to listen.

Anyone still wondering why Men's basketball was so poorly supported during Giving Day?

Not sure it is that hard to figure out why.
