the key word here is SUPERBOWL....Vikings and SUPERBOWL have not gone together in 50 years, and if you add in WINNING, it's about as likely as Neil Patrick Harris hooking up with a woman.

Great opportunity for Carson. Vikings got the best receiving corps in the NFL. Bombs away to Addison and Jefferson. Vikings fans love Justin Jefferson. I went to the Texans preseason game and every time they put Justin Jefferson on the big screen the crowd went nuts. He would walk out onto the field and wave to the crowd or dance around a bit. I'm not exactly sure why the Vikings didn't try to keep Darnold for another year. They are putting a lot of weight on the shoulders of JJ McCarthy. A guy who hasn't even played a regular season game yet.

KOC's QB wizardry had ran out with Darnold as evidenced by how he ended last season. I was very glad the Vikings didn't waste a bunch of money on him. Maybe I'll be wrong but I think he'll be the same old pre-Vikings version of himself in Seattle and a clear downgrade from Geno Smith.

If JJ McCarthy flounders or gets hurt the Vikings are a great spot for Carson to make a Darnold-like comeback. Good coach for QBs and a great O-line (if they can stay healthy) along with a very good WR tandem and pass-catching TE.
