your line of reasoning with chapo is off base. He wants ndsu to fbs for his own ego and lack self-satisfaction, and so that he can go on fbs boards and be “at their level”, regardless of whether ndsu fb is successful. That really doesn’t matter to him.

Its all about self satisfaction/prestige, and living vicariously through ndsu football/athletics. He knows his own past can’t measure up (or maybe he doesn’t?) and he’s advocating for a future that, perhaps, may. This is about chapo/lakes/sam feeling good/better about himself because of his past/life-history, not his desire for ndsu athletics success.

To do it right you need to jump into the FBS movement with the same zeal as a Japanese soldier from WW2. If you aren't to crash your bomb laden Zero into the USS FCS, you aren't of the proper mind set.

The allotment is probably something like 4K-5K which would be something like 1/3 of the season tickets getting a seat if everyone requested all of their seats.

What’s funny (odd?) is that Mr. FBS/Chapo didn’t even attend the one FBS game (AZ) that we have played in the last 8-9 years, yet here his is.

Also, sounding like the FCS Chipper game will have more fans in seats than 50% of the FBS bowl games.
