FCS teams win games against FBS teams..It happens..Figuring out a way to beat 11 or 12 FBS schools a season is a bit of a different thing. I respect your program but I also don't think it will be the breeze you think it would be..I do wonder why you guys want to be in a conference that you don't respect at all, but that is just me..

UND. A bad FCS team. Beat a MW team, "convincingly".

4 years and NDSU would figure out that 11, 12 game challenge of yours, and wreck your conference.

I have never denied you have a fine football program. You guys seem to think the MW doesn't have any good football programs. I am not sure why you would even have any interest in joining if you equate the MW to the schools you already play..

It's a step up. But we play Western Illinois and Indiana State right now, soooooo.

MWC is not a good fit for us/NDSU at all. That’s why we aren’t actively working that angle.

That's interesting. If not MWC or CUSA (far worse), that seems to only leave the AAC or MAC.
Are we AAC or bust? Or swinging for the fences with the PAC / B12?

AAC has good competition, and would raise our stature. The downside there is the media payout for new schools is lower than MWC, and most of their footprint is in the South East region.

Only opinions that are dismissed are ones not based in reality, ones that voice we need to move up just because and those of the constant lie tellers.

I have never personally advocated to move just because or at all costs. I also don’t come here with rumors or hearsay. Never have never will. The reality is the NDSU leadership invested in a $50 million dollar football centric practice facility. That facility makes very little sense if we stay FCS. I want leadership to help me and the fanbase understand why they put that at the top of the priority list if an FBS invite wasn’t almost guaranteed by building it. Maybe it is and maybe it’s coming soon. If an invite doesn’t come very soon, that choice makes the decision very questionable given the impacts a similar investment in men’s and women’s bb salaries, recruiting and scheduling could have had. I don’t think there are any lies in that position, it is very much based in reality.
