    Lets get real. The executives, management and administrators only think that NIL is out of control because now some more of the money around the margins is going to someone other than them.

    Do out of state athletes have to file taxes for that money in the state they go to school at? Someone at the college responsible for helping with that? It's income?

    Do you know anyone who’s employer does their taxes for them? College students work and pay taxes all of the time. This is not terribly difficult.

    His point was that the NIL and other payments could be taxed out-of-state/by other states similar to pro athletes.

    E.G.: Do a commercial that crosses state lines, or something otherwise similar to that. Lots of layers ….
