He updates after the conference championship round (our round of 16) and Army-Navy (our quarterfinals) so this should be the first time the Richmond game is in the data. After the Richmond game I recall being surprised NDSU's rating hadn't gone up a lot

So we were favored by 4.5 and won by 27. That's a 22.5 point difference. Attribute half to NDSU, that's 11.25. But it is one of 15 data points so divide and the estimated impact is around 0.75 Sagarin points. A guess at NDSU's new rating could be something like 75.26 which would be good for 47th on the last ratings issued.

I don't think thats quite how you'd want to estimate it. You wanted to use the entire difference for calculating each teams new rating. This would have given you a rating of ~76, and Sagarin gave us 76.04
