Take the bullet train to Mayville, hang out on I-29, take a photo of the buses heading south, and then take the train back to Fargo & arrive before the buses.

dont count it out! Ive seen the Longhorns take a flight from Austin to San Antonio(1 hr drive) for a bowl, spending more time going through security and air than getting in bus and going.

Listened to part of Kleinsasser interview with Jack Michaels. Wow, didn't realize how much we have been missing out on as Bison fans by not playing und. Talk about living in the past.

I listened to the interview also you know. He was very well spoken you know for a und grad you know. Said you know he is really excited you know for the start of the rivalry again you know. Really enjoys living in Minneapolis you know. Told Jack thanks you know for calling and was hoping for a good game you know.

3:00 pm – Get gas and a wash for our Super Bowl tomorrow.
3:15 pm – While clean and shiny, cruise campus looking for hot chicks.
3:30 pm – Damn. There are no hot chicks again. Settle for the fatties.
3:31 pm – Yep. Got one!
3:40 pm – Note to self: need more air in the tires, and stiffer shocks. These UND girls like to eat!
3:45 pm – Drop by practice and pick up all the players with fake injuries that want nothing to do with NDSU tomorrow. (I’ll have to make a few trips!)
4:00 pm – Go to the locker room and drop off fresh jock straps for game. Make sure the secondary has the un-burnable kind.
4:15 pm – Pick up Bubba in the maintenance shack at Hakstol’s house. Don’t forget the secret finger salute to get in the front gate.
4:30 pm – Take Bubba through campus and again try to get rid of some these damn student tickets that nobody wants.
4:45 pm – Follow the Team school bus, as me and my wing man Bubba head to Fargo.
5:00 pm – Let Bubba take the wheel and point us in the right direction.
5:15 pm – Call for tow truck after hitting the ditch by Thompson. Starting to question Bubba’s driving skills – especially defensively.
5:30 pm – Do NOT let Bubba go toe to toe with that semi-truck on the left.
6:00 pm – Explain to Bubba that there is no bullet train.
6:15 pm – Arrive at the Fargo Dome for the special “Sioux Were Silenced” rally. Wait while Bubba shakes hands with everyone assembled.
6:17 pm – Great, we’re ahead of schedule. It’s off to the Alumni Rally. They’re taking over the BWW!
6:30 pm – Oops. Must have went to the wrong BWW. I can’t find a Fighting Sioux hockey jersey anywhere.
7:00 pm – Drop off Bubba at the hotel. Waive to Big Undies and Will Ratelle down the hall as they enter their hotel suite.
7:30 pm – Park at the Fargo Dome garage and get some shut-eye. It’s our Super Bowl tomorrow! Go Sundogs!!

I think a lot of Bison fans have a lot of respect for Jimmy because he was a Viking for so long. I thought he did a good job of sharing his experience with the game back when he played. Say what you want but that catch against us is still pretty amazing watching it today.
