I didn't realize that it was 8 years ago UND moved to Div 1 (2007}. When does their football team get mediocre? We transitioned in 2003 and by 2006 gained over 500 yards against a Big 10 school.

I don't care if it was only $16 worth, it is a misdemeanor just like petition fraud... there would be legislators calling the chancellor to tell him to expel the kid from school if it was an NDSU player.
