Another QB that NDSU is interested in:
Osseo's Tate Christopherson. Runs a 6'1 and runs a 4.6 40. So far this season: 943 yards, 10 TD passes and 2 INTs. According to the article, he has a strong NDSU lean.

I would say our linebacker play has been less then great this year, and we are graduating Humber and Maresh....so I say we need alot of depth on BOTH sides of the ball. I wonder how many schollies we will be offering. UND has a TON of scholarships going out this year. Should be interesting. We are still yet to lose a recruiting battle against UND with both schools offered a full ride. I am guessing we will lose a few this year with them having so much room for playing time. They need speed in the worst way....but, so do we.

On the blocked punt at the end, he put his hands up to block the punt and as the punter kicked it, he catches the ball in mid air and runs for a TD. - Nice

Anyone mentioned James Peterson QB from Blaine? 6-2 203. He led Blaine past Eden Prairie last night in the 5A playoffs. Sounds like he can run and pass fairly well. Here's some stats.

This sounds like exactly the kind of kid we need. Some key quotes from the article.

one would probably argue that Schultenover is our #2 WR right now and he will be back..... Seriously I doubt anyone misses belquist.

Belquist was a pretty solid receiver when Walker was the QB but this year it's like he's taken a step back. Remember how well Belquist produced vs the Gophers? Or could it be the QB? Or a combo of the 2?Quote:
