Re: A new and better FBS thread
I would be sure the PAC has a contingency plan for this. If I wasn’t completely convinced they’re incompetent lol

After I read about how they nickel and dimed the AAC schools, it might be the later.

Don't see PAC considering FCS due to perception alone. AAC won't want to stretch their footprint to the xDSUs. Neither will SBC or CUSA.
If the PAC 6 adds the Dakota States I'm guessing it gets praised more than panned.

Utah State gone to the PAC

Sources: Utah State is expected to take its offer from the Pac-12. The confirmation of accepting the offer is expected soon.

Air Force has recommitted to the MWC.

I think only Nevada hasn't.

What a mess. I wonder if anybody's going to flip their announced decision either way because they thought others were coming/staying with them.
The AAC staying put is the big one. It means ESPN wasn't interested in making what would be by far the best G6 conference. Not a good sign for the PAC, which doesn't have a contract for next year.

My guess is they end up talking to the same networks PAC was engaged with before: some combination of Fox, CW, or streaming on Apple and/or Amazon?
They will get a deal, the question is if the money will be worthwhile. Its a wildcard, but I'm sure the consultants are whispering numbers in their ears.

Who would that be at this point?
