Not exactly true, but close enough. Last I heard, NDSU uses the Interests and Abilities test for Title IX and not the Proportionality test. So there isn't a "we added ten men's scholarships so we have ten women's" situation. That being said, NDSU is pretty far apart in proportionality already and I would guess it's in the yellow zone; adding another 22 men's scholarships would put things well into the red.Quote:

Good article in the Denver Post. Pushing the Mountain West to expand into TX. They have also been in talks with Fox Sports and CBS Sports on what certain schools would bring in viewership value if they joined and how relevant they are in their market. I wonder what they said about NDSU.
