You know how those rating services come up with those ratings? They find out which schools are recruiting someone. If all the top programs are recruiting people they become a 5-star recruit. If they are getting offers from several top programs they are a 4-star. And so forth. It has little to do with their actual ability. I'm sure those schools use the rankings to some extent but they are more interested in talent and skill and fit.
I see Bohl going to Wyoming and seeing some immediate improvements in 2 years. If he then gets them to a bowl game by year 3, he'll be a hot commodity for the BCS schools. Wyoming can't be an end point for someone with his resume. It was a way to get closer to the big boys.
