Brief Description
The Bison won despite turning the ball over five times. Eastern Kentucky made a comeback but missed field goals allowed the Bison to win their first playoff victory. In a foretaste of the next fifteen years, the Bison completed one pass and gained 270 more yards rushing than they did passing.
