Brief Description
The all-freshmen backfield of Jeff Bentrim, Chad Stark, and James Molstre started in the first of NDSU's four consecutive Division II National Championship appearances. With the help of many veteran teammates, the Bison scored 21 first quarter points and sent Central State (Ohio) reeling to defeat.
