Hard 8 BBQ. Very good solid BBQ. My wife and I agreed that the pork ribs were the best thing out of the Brisket, Sausage, Shrimp poppers, and Porkribs..
Brisket was moist but not as good as Hutchins or Pecan Lodge.

Not a solid endorsement for a Texas bbq joint to have pork as the best thing

Went to Hard 8 last year...felt the same way. Hutchins was so much better.

Nates Seafood and Steakhouse and Aw Shucks on Preston. We went to Aw Shucks. Remember they are a first of the season run and are small. They were ok. They prepare them differently than Im used to. But as I said they were ok. Plus I was craving crawfish. Will be back the 1st of march on a fishing trip so they will be better then.

In n Out >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> what a shame burger

Student nailed it. It is the burger itself with the grilled onions and their sauce. Tremendous fast food stuff. I'm partial to the triple, triple.

    One other item.....

Folks, since we have extra time this year, head to the Pecan Lodge. Get the beef rib along with classic pork ribs and beef brisket. Thank me later.

    La Hacienda Ranch

Expensive but good margaritas. Excellent smoked salsa. Beef fajitas with meat more tender than prime rib. I don't know if it's the best TexMex in Frisco, but it's good enough for me.
