Amy finished her 2ND round at 3 under par with 6 birdies and 3 pesky bogies. She is sitting at 4 under for the tourney. With no bogies, she would be at 11 under par. Oh well. She made the cut easily.
There is a nice segment on the golf telecast today with Amy in the booth. Very enjoyable.

This was very surprising dufferole, and a little sad:
The Cut
The cut fell at Even par for the championship, with 82 players advancing to the weekend. Several notables missed the cut, including 2017 LOTTE champion Cristie Kerr, who opened with rounds of 72-75 to fall to 3-over par. Also missing the cut were Angel Yin (+3), Gerina Piller (+4) and Michelle Wie (+10).
On a brighter note:

So far Amy is going into grind it out mode, and not sure that is the best way for her to handle moving day....E on the day and has played both of the par 5s on the front side. Perhaps the conditions are demanding it at this point though. Amy is now T36 and still at -4 for the event. GoAmy!.....GoBison!!

LPGA announcer and analyst Jerry Foltz just slapped down the “back stopping” bunch in no uncertain terms. I think he has gotten to know Amy and Ariya better and really come to realize how vile it was for some to accuse them of anything. Good for him.

Tough scoring day in Hawaii. Amy had 2 birdies and 2 bogies to finish her 3rd round at even par and 4 under for the tourney. Very windy day creating trouble for most of the field. Onward tomorrow, Amy.
