If you tailgate right the lines straighten themselves out.

Not only do the crooked lines look bush league it has the potential to impact the game. For instance if that Sunday night NFL game last week between Seattle and San Fran had Fargodome endzone lines the outcome of the game probably would've been different with the Seattle player getting tackled at the 2 inch line with 10 seconds left.

That actually brings up a good point. Can the officials deem the field unfit for a game? How crooked is too crooked?

That's really pathetic and embarrassing. Hopefully we don't use the same crappy company again. No wonder they went bankrupt.

I think any removable turf is going to have issues like this especially at the end of it's life span which they indicated was 10 years. That was probably based on typical seasons. Which NDSU has played almost 2 additional seasons on it just with playoffs.

Well when you are guaranteed only 6 home games per year, a 10 year life span would be 60 games. There have been 21 playoff games on this turf, so over 3 “regular season” years out on it. There have been 63 games played on this turf. Not surprised that it will soon be in need of an upgrade.
