This is an exploitive inaccurate post. Coach Wilker WAS a student manager who became director of ops (for 3 years) and now has risen to an assistant coach position. He’s single, married only to the job. He will be the hardest worker on the staff. He will seek constant improvement as a coach and as a person. You don’t want a whole staff of Spencer Wilker’s but you definitely want one or two of them on your staff.

He’s had great mentors before him and I suspect knows exactly what DR wants in an assistant.

you got the last sentence right! he exactly wants someone that won't challenge for his job like the other 2. why was Kyans name removed from coaching Staff on roster (when you go back 2 years and he's there haha)

can't beat a team ranked lower than 192nd with 3 players you've had in program for 5 years, then lose your best asst and everyone jumps ship except 5 players. It's not negative it's what happened, reality & the cherry is the AD has this for 3 more years.
