    Everything seems to be pointing to the white dude but somehow a subset of us are compelled to get their last shots in at the not white dudes.

    I don't see why race and gender have to be a factor. If a "white dude" is the best fit, so be it. If the best fit is not a "white dude", so be it. Try to be objective and see the individual, not the label.
