I just looked up some Coordinator salaries at G5 schools and saw anywhere from $150k to $350k… but enough of this stupid shit…

Yeah, that might be feasible in some cases, but a lot of OC/DC are hoping to jump to FBS HC.

Troy is looking at some coordinators now, including internal oc/dc I believe.
They pay $1m+ and their last HC just jumped to Tulane, rumored $4-5m range.

I looked at the MW and at Nevada I saw some lower salaries and at Boise I saw some higher ones. Either way the price is comparable, but the more I think about it I think you are right that the landscape has changed enough at this point that they may not be as interested in a FCS HC job if pay is similar…
