Why wouldn’t Izzo be a good replacement for Jeff? He could easily slip into 1660 with his radio show. Already knows the program and is decent to listen to (on the radio). I feel like if you want to plug and play someone he would be the guy. He could mentor the young talent in Andy and Kyle. Something needs to get figured out fast because 1660 is kind of dead and flat right now.

I suppose they could simulcast the WDAY show and do the Insiders. Would be beneficial to all. Finding a TV announcer is much easier than radio.

Since we are getting so late in the year, what are the chances they go with an interim announcer for one year and then search for some outstanding caller next year? I'd say a lot of people that would otherwise apply won't because they are committed to the program they are at for the upcoming season.
