24/7 has NDSU ranked #171 behind many fcs teams
142 last year 2022
207 2021
141 2020
NDSU was consistently in the 130's from 2014-2020
NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?
iT IS what it is! losing couple De-Commits every year to FBS has taken its toll
Just get me 3-4 more TRANSFER PORTAL GUYS that will step in Day 1 and dominate FCS!
Entz on the radio yesterday didn't sound like he was leaning this way though.

Let's put some perspective in these 247 rankings that he's so high on. I used the Rabbits and looked back at their numbers. Here's what I found.
2023-261
2022-186
2021-334??
2020-199
2019-220
2018-241
2017-143
2016-149
Quit looking after 2016 but after seeing what the Jacks have put on the field in those yrs I would say those rankings are pretty much shit.

Not sure im completely sold on that. There are a lot of guys waiting in the wings at the positions that they lost players to the Portal. One cb has already signed and could definitely see one more. I could be convinced that another RB is needed, but that all depends on what they think they have in barika and Owen Johnson.

It’s been 6 weeks since Chapo last was schooled on 247 Composite.
And there he is back using it again……
“247Sports Composite
247Sports features two ratings for high school football and basketball recruits: its own in-house evaluations done by its scouting staff, and 247Sports Composite ratings. The Composite aggregates the public ratings for a prospect by the major recruiting services using a propriety algorithm.[12] The Composite combines recruitment ratings from 247Sports' in-house ratings, Rivals.com, and ESPN in order to provide an overall rating for each recruit. The resulting rankings can be considered an industry consensus on the top recruits in the nation.[13][14]
The Composite does not include any athletes that do not yet have a recruiting profile on 247Sports in order to prevent spoofs from other sites.”
So who covers NDSU’s traditional recruiting footprint for ESPN?
How about non-Milwaukee non-Madison Wisconsin?
Non-Twin Cities Minnesota?
North Dakota?
South Dakota?
Same questions for Rivals……
And even 247 does not fully cover the region.
Seems like Ryan Burns will get a Gopher interest covered. Do they put that much work into non-Gopher? Probably not? Does Ross rate prospects for 247 in ND? If yes, then where are they all?
It's like groundhog day eh
Lardsin must go!
