Where Do You Think Improvement Is Most Needed?/Please Prioritize

a large part of the success of a power based offense is a capable fullback. thats large in part why the use of ace back and gun has become more prevalent. our power game is suffering because we don't have a guy who is capable (or willing) to kick out d-ends all game. since we are now getting into our 4th-5th week of no legitimate fullback, power is becoming a lot less useable....same thing with our outside gap schemes. those plays can be ran out of an ace look but it's not as affective. if you don't have a lead blocker you have to scheme a hat out of the play by using fly motion or an option conflict.

don't get me wrong, i love when we run power and i thoroughly enjoy watching the 9 guys in the box bite on play action while we roll out or air it deep...but i just don't think the personnel is there to make that our bread and butter anymore. it takes a unique group of players to make that offense work. no one runs A gap power anymore because it's too difficult to open things up, unless the personnel is there. it's sad to think that those days are dwindling...

I'd prefer the helmets and jerseys from the 80's run! Could you imagine them running out of the helmet with that stuff on?!?!?!

I'd like to see the old Snorty logo on the helmets once in a while. Even better, use giant shoulder pads like those you can see in my avatar image from the 1986 championship game.

I believe that by the end of this week, he'll have had 8 full weeks of recovery...............though I could be off by a week????
