    I always pick mine up in Fargo. My TM BI always comes way after I have read it and forgotten about it.
    The value is you know you will get one (unless flying monkeys deliver your mail) and you don't have to go to get one.
    It always bothered me that you guys were talking about it and I was still waiting to get mine. But it's free and that's great!!
