    Really.

How much does a student pay for a football ticket?

    Student fees. Plenty of money.

    How much?

How much does a student who goes to a football game pay versus a student who does not?

How much does a student who gets the last ticket to the Homecoming football game pay? How about the next student who does not?

I'd be glad to pay for football tickets if it meant I didn't pay any money to the athletics programs via the money the school gets from me.

Actually the student fees for athletics are a screw job for a student. What if you don't use or want to go to the tickets? Let's say that is half the student base. So they are taxed and get nothing for it. Additionally on the flip side students will say there is more than 4,000 demand for tickets. So there is a portion of the student base that wants tickets, pays for the right to ticket and can't get tickets. This is worse than joe fan that wants tickets but can't get tickets because that doesn't cost them anything.

To all those complaining 'bout students....They payed for what amounts to season tickets when they paid to attend school. Complaining about how they use this privilege is no different then me demanding your car because I don't believe you use it enuff.

The student activity fee pays for a lot more than athletics.

    I agree.

Except they don't pay for the right to a ticket/that's the point.
