    So un_ sends most residents to Minnesota {gasp} and there are 7 that go to Michigan...and 8 that stay in ND. I'm just not convinced a shiny new building is going to improve this retention rate

    A year ago only three of their grads took a job in ND. I haven't heard how this years class went. Someone in the know told me that lack of residencies in rural ND is a big hold up. To sum it up, if they don't start running that school differently, nothing will change except that the money ND pumps into the un- money pit will greatly increase.
