Those other schools in the MVC that have football are not "football first" like NDSU. Basketball is still top dog for them....UNI, SIU and In St. Included.

UNI will never admit it but they are lucky to be in the MVC. The recent additions have shown to be moving away from an institution of that type.

Geographically speaking it makes sense. In reality it would be like the Big10 taking some of their teams and moving to the Mountain West. step backwards

Not if Wichita State leaves for a better conference. Without them, that conference doesn't look anywhere near a top 15 conference.
