the draw of FBS teams coming to Fargo(bcs or not) far outweigh any potential FCS has. Could you imagine a 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 when it came to scheduling teams and having a Big12 school come here? That would be awesome.
Of course it would be awesome. You guys just repeat yourself over and over and over again. If it was only that simple.

It doesn't matter how "awesome" it would be. NDSU would need a conference invitation. Much as you guys would like, we can't just join a conference that looks like fun for us. Then we would need a stadium that would consistently generate the revenue needed over many years. Then we'd have to pray that the big boys didn't choose to take their ball and go home leaving us behind.

The total annual contribution to NDSU by most of these "GO FBS" guys is $0.00

Maybe if we're lucky enough, the big hitters @ NDSU will get bored with the FCS. hopefully sooner rather than later.

Well, with all due respect I can't really blame them. It's not my money that's attributing to FBS, it's theirs.

    ^^^this^^^

At least Road has the stones and credibility to say this...I tire easily of the "shortsighted", "backward", "non-visionary" and myriad other adjectives used to describe those that disagree with the go-FBS idea.

Sam---Get this straight, I dont give 2 shits if the yockels in ny la vegas florida have never heard of us or cares about fcs.. As far as fund raising is concerned you dont have a clue. The current team has brought in 2.5-3 million this year. All the while you bitch but dont contribute one dime.
