I agree. It's hard for me to see Omaha ever becoming a big deal around Nebraska and Creighton. I have no idea what's going to happen but it would be awesome if NDSU got into the MVC (oh, and SDSU too).

I just don't see what's so great about ORU. Sure they have a pretty decent bb program....but not many fans as far as I can tell. That's one thing NDSU has going for it. People can see how NDSU fans travel to Frisco and Minneapolis. That's can't hurt.

They have solid baseball and hoops, that said maybe the other private schools are blocking them. Some Drake and Bradley fans were very turned off at the idea of adding them.

An MVC AD yesterday said that there was 26 schools in their footprint that they've looked at.

Absolutely . Curious if they are looking at Horizon schools, could we be in the mix? Who would replace Milwaukee? Probably Oakland. Would the Mvc look at Oakland ?
