which ones the capital?
Many thousands are in want of common necessaries; hundreds of thousands are in want of common comforts, sir."
Scrooge-"Are there no prisons?". "Plenty of prisons..."
Scrooge-"And the Union workhouses." . "Are they still in operation?". "Both very busy, sir..."
"Those who are badly off must go there."
"Many can't go there; and many would rather die."
Scrooge- "If they would rather die," "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."
Dumbass or liar, it doesn't really matter, the results are the same.
Holmberg: "Well look at NDSU's tuition waivers." What does that have to do with state funding? I wish that he and his cronies could make up their minds whether NDSU is charging too much or too little tuition.
Interesting, Holmberg's descriptions of the two schools: "land-grant" and "agriculture" mission vs "comprehensive research university with a medical school". What exactly are you trying to say there senator asshat?
oh, and which school is actually recognized by Carnegie with its highest ranking for research?
Go back to owning your goat you pompous choad.
OFFICIAL BISONVILLE SPONSOR OF:Tatanka™ brand humor. Gary Bettman's incompetence. The process of recommending a task force to recommend a process to be suggested to another task force, and of meetings called to discuss future meetings. The 21.3% of teh university students that, unlike Tatanka, are online-only, and the 15+% that never step foot in North Dakota. And hating Detroit...Proud member of TOHBTC and NDSU Team Makers.
When you read Holmbergs answer, he really gives himself away to being a und homer and wishes to favor them heavily. There is really no point to arguing with someone with such a bias. The only solution would be to get rid of him and replace him with a person who is fair and equitable.
