They've anounced that the nickname is back but has anything actually changed in the last two days? I'm not on the ground there so I honestly don't know.

Are they going to change all the URL addresses back? Rebrand the broadcast and TV networks again? Have they resumed using it in athletic department news releases, game previews, recaps, etc.? Will they? Or will they just say that it's back but not actually change anything back?

The backdrop for hockey press conferences has changed back from one that used the Notre Dame logo to one with an Indian head.

BBR just sent me a photo from a "save the sioux" rally up in el forko grande this afternoon....they appear to be having a very mild winter up there.

Note's third cousins by marriage, visiting el Forke Grande on their way to Dickeyville from Winnipeg. I believe their surname was Moran?

Anyhow, I was real surprised to run into them as I was meeting TAB to visit AG. I have no idea why TAB wanted me to bring 24 rolls of TP and a pair of hockey sticks. Hope TAB gets to the Pepper soon as I may have to purchase and eat one of their subs if he doesn't.

Hmmm... Less than the 17,000 signatures on the petition touted by the nickname supporters and the state will be confirming 2,000 of them. Wonder if this will be dead once they figure out they had less than 10k actual signatures?

You know what? They deserve to have their athletic department go up in flames. They just flat out deserve to be pushed around by the nickname nuts until there's nothing left but the logo and a "Phil Jackson Slept Here" sign on one of the dorms.
