I called the SF arena last week, and they did not know the on sale date of the individual sessions, but she thought they would not go on sale until the pairings were announced.

oakland is the overwhelming favorite. i think theres a big difference between them and everybody else. can they be beaten? you bet. but i dont think it's gonna happen

Yep...through Ticketmaster. Conv fees online for individual sessions are approx $5-$6 per ticket.
