Really? It was a pretty damn good crowd. Attendance was 3,500 when the arena holds 6,000 (I think)

At the risk of splitting hairs, the Sioux faced Great West Conference foe Chicago State. University of Illinois-Chicago is certainly a more spacious and nicer campus but neither of these schools enjoys much semblence of safety in their respective neighborhoods. On a somewhat related note, Chicago State does have a shiny new 7,000 seat arena to play in. Too bad that they only "squeezed in" 400 fans for its opening night.

Meh, I wouldn't be to thrilled if I were a Bison fan, the way the Jacks played the first half, the Bison SHOULD have been up by 25.

Thankfully for presidents day tomorrow I'm going to need an extra day to recover, my head HURTS! That was a great time going down to Brookings. Intense game, I love when our group was chanting Defense and when we clapped they would play that clap noise or whatever over the speakers....haha! Those 3's to send us into OT and double OT were clutch as can be, i mean WOW!!!

For who watched the game could you hear us at all? I love how their fans are quiet for most of the game and their students, you cheered what a couple times, congrats on that. Chanting "Montana" was great, guy sitting by us said how we were cheering was bad, well how they were sitting the whole game was great as well.
