Sounds like somebody has connections. I like it!!!. The 18k plus at every home game would be a huge positive if I was picking as well.

Helpful spot to look at the players rivals has listed for interest and offers from NDSU. I don't think they had ever had this feature before to look by schools. Helps make sure we didn't miss anyone. It doesn't have all of our verbals changed yet hopefully changes soon though.

They also have Tyler Gefroh down as class of 2011. That's wrong, correct?

Alot of progress can be made between there Jr and Sr year. They are getting bigger and more mature.
Also the possibility of NDSU rescinding the offer, if the kid tanks or major injury or bad decisions. That's why I wish they would tighten up the rules and limit the times. Hockey is getting commitments 3-4 years out and big-time basketball is heading that way. It probably won't get that bad for football, but it's heading in that general direction.

All the offers and verbals are like teenagers and "promise rings". Cutest thing ever, but unless they both feel the same way in February it doesn't mean squat.

Agree. Not many have the same girl friend when they leave high school that they had in there soph-junior year.

That's awesome, we actually went after a 3 star. I like them aiming high.

Did Gebhart even have an offer from SDSU yet? I heard they didn't have one on the table. It sounds like Stig does not really believe in putting out offers this early. I could be wrong, but that's the vibe being put out by SDSU fans.

No. SDSU had not offered yet, but I think they would have. Gebhart's first touch tonight was a 56 yard punt return for a TD. SF Washington wins 54-0

With NDSU, UND, USD, and possibly UNO in the future being FCS Stig will HAVE to change his ways otherwise he will be left with nothing, but if it works for him whatever

Last year's recruiting class is being called the best that SDSU's brought in so far. And that's not something the coaches throw around every year, this is the first year I've heard them quoted as saying it. I don't think Coach Stig is worried.

Most high schoolers collect their offers throughout the year and they wait until their season is over so they know what schools they have to choose from. The FCS kids who decide early either get the offer they wanted all along and accept, or they aren't getting any interest from the FBS schools .
