Sporting News Ultimate Bison slam

Well guys, I have to say when I picked up the Sporting News college football preview I wasn't expecting NDSU to be ranked at the top of the Missouri Valley conference. I thought that we would be ranked anywhere from third to fifth in the preseason. They have us at fifth. What does it really matter? Not a whole lot since these guys really don't know alot. What can only be described as the ultimate slam toward the Bison... I looked at the prediction quick reference and saw the Fighting Sioux logo next to NDSU at number 5.

I was looking for the NDSU Reb Baron WCHA Final 5 poster and found this gem.

Maybe they had the wrong university & the wrong conference. How many teams are in the Great West....five?

Actually, until we find a QB, I think 5 might be generous. Come one Bohl, find someone, anyone. I'm not going through another season like last year.

All the more reason why ND should have 1 large university, in the Big 10. Get rid of mayville, valley, dickinson, etc....................................
I guarantee that when the U loses to Texas Tech by 50, that they get us confused with that loss, it will happen.

If your actually trying to refer to NFL U, I think that would actually be USC. I also think UND will lose by a lot more then 50.

I dunno, Texas Tech will not have nearly the offensive weapons it had last season. UND wont keep it close, but I would probably take und @ +50.
