So you wouldn't want him on our team either??

All I know is how tall he is (probably shorter), how much he weighs (probably lighter) and how fast/slow he is (probably slower). That's not enough information for anyone to say they would "want" him on the team. I can see that he's too tall to be a guard or center and that he's too slow to be a tackle. Maybe he can get faster, but how can a 5.5 40 cover a 240 lb. edge pass rusher with a 4.7 40? A 5.5 40 screams "My body is loaded with slow twitch muscle fibers." I don't know what the magic ratio of size/speed is. At some point, no matter how big you are, lack of speed will kill you, and vice-versa.

40 times and OL don't mean much. What was Korey Stringers 40 time? Was he even able to finish?

Umm, wrong. Speed means something at every position. On the OL, at the tackle position, speed means a lot. And, please don't try to use Korey Stringer of a physical example of a slow player who was good enough to make it. Korey Stringer died because he was too fat (6'4"; 340 lbs), used ephedra and exercised on a stifling hot day. Are you really comparing your prospect to a guy who died? So to answer your question, no Korey couldn't finish the 40, because he was dead.

2008 NFL Combine 40 times for offensive lineman
Justin Blalock (guard; 6'3") 5.23; drafted in 2nd round
Dan Santucci (center; 6'4") 5.06; drafted in 7th round
Samson Satele (center; 6'3") 5.26; drafted in 2nd round
Allen Barbre (guard; 6'4") 4.86; drafted in 4th round
Tony Ugoh (tackle; 6'5") 4.99 (with a pulled quad); drafted in 2nd round
Gabe Hall, 4.89 (tackle; 6'4"); undrafted
Stephon Heyer (tackle; 6'6) 5.57; undrafted
Corey Hilliard (tackle; 6'5") 5.37; drafted in 6th round
Mike Jones 5.48 (guard; 6'5"); not drafted
Kendrick Shackleford (tackle; 6'5") 5.29; drafted in 6th round
Scott Stephenson (center; 6'3") 5.16; undrafted

Good one! It simply shows that there is much more to the game of football other than 40 yd dash speed. 5.47 vs 5.5? Nada...quickness means everything at OT Fightin, they don't have to run to get to chase down the DE, just be quick off the ball to get set up.

I'm hearing Cretin Derham Hall's RB Marcus Binns committed to UND.

He looks like a nice get for them. His older brother Broderick started on defense (DE or LB) for Iowa this year.

That would be 2 Cretin kids for them with the lineman Kleason that committed awhile back. Starting a pipeline with that football factory?
