Big sequence as No. 8 Rhode Island fumbles into the end zone and it’s called a touchback. Brown then goes on a TD drive to extend lead to 28-14 in the 3rd qtr. Brown was picked 8th in the Ivy preseason poll. Could be a key non-conference win for the Ivy League. #FCS

Huge win for Brown (now 2-1) and the Ivy League as it’s in the playoff positioning discussion. Rhody suffers its first FCS loss this year with turnovers, penalties, and a lack of discipline tonight.

Brown was picked last in the Ivy preseason poll. Rhody was picked 1st in the preseason CAA poll.

No. 25 Harvard, the preseason Ivy League favorite, beat Brown 41-7 last week, boosting its stock. #FCS
