Living in Manhattan now, it seems like every K-State fan wanted Avery Johnson. My gut says that he would have committed elsewhere unless he got to start right away, so KSU had to send Will Howard elsewhere and pay Avery a lot of money.

Turns out that decision may cost Klieman his coaching job. And probably should.

Avery makes so many bad throws. So many. It's painful to watch.

    Yes it just brutal!

Turns out they just aren't good.

Coach looks like he's aged 10 years in a year. Hope it can get turned around but it's gonna be tough.

Klieman hasn't had a bad season yet, people are way too impatient.

No inside information, but there has been a ton of money thrown at Avery. It almost feels like there may be some issues in the locker room. The lack of defensive physicality is another issue.
Think this is becoming a thing now in football where solid players are encouraged to look elsewhere so the young guy gets his opportunity.

K-State is now 1-3, and probably should be 0-4, after another dud last night.

Defense can't get off the field, o-line has no physicality, and Avery Johnson continues to struggle.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Kstate is just plain bad. They need to have Johnson run the ball more. He is super fast and can make plays with his feet. Turn him loose, they have nothing to lose at this point.

Jet lag is real bros. Someone should have told him he wasn't in Kansas anymore.
