CW is an intelligent individual; however, it's going to take time to learn the offense. JJ, barring injury, is going to get the snaps. If anyone can learn an offense quickly, it should be Carson. He was his HS's senior class valedictorian, an academic All-American, and got his degree with a 4.0 gpa.

Carson is indeed a bright man with undeniable talents. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if the Vikings occasionally needed him also for dancin' and prancin' with the Cheer Squad. He's got the calves for it.

ESPN’s article points out these possible assists in Wentz learning the Vikings’ offense:

…..Wentz had been a free agent since his contract with the Kansas City Chiefs expired in March. The Vikings are his sixth team in as many seasons, but they hope he will be a quick study in their offense after spending 2023 with the Los Angeles Rams, whose scheme is similar to the one Minnesota coach Kevin O'Connell uses. Wentz also played with Vikings quarterbacks coach Josh McCown when both were on the Eagles' roster in 2019……

Would be a great way to end his career. Bonus points if the vikings went to Philly in the playoffs and he lit them up lmao

Jokes on you nfl. I've already got vikings gear. Won't be shelling out big bucks for new Carson gear eh.

I would never buy a jersey with an active player's name. If my current jersey (one of the cheap kinds, not a real jersey) ever wears out I would probably go with a retired player like Foreman or Tarkenton.
It's OK to not be OK.

I was putting on my 49ers work sweatshirt because my eagles one was so dirty from pea harvest eh. And I thought when i grabbed it and saw my vikings stuff that that ain't for work eh! My kids have jerseys up the ass though. I rocked the 21 49er jersey for years when I was a kid. Even wore it to high school practice. Linemen in a Deon jersey eh!!!

Good lord, wouldn't that be awesome? It would be the comeback story for the ages. Yes, I'm dreaming, but look at what they did for Darnold....
