Im not sure i understand the author's perspective. If the Steelers want Rudolph as a backup then what's the point in bringing in another backup?
Steelers are pretty OK other than QB. I wouldn't be opposed to giving C Dubs a shot. At his best, he's a very serviceable QB. At his worst, he's probably still better than Mason Rudolph.
End of the day I'll take whatever I get from the Steelers, its the least I can do to reward them for not falling for the Shedeur trap

It Aaron Rodgers were retiring, you wouldn't need to ask if a YouTube video were real. If you have any news apps on your phone, you will probably get a notification when that happens.
