It’s interesting that TSU is now too good for CUSA, but it’s even more interesting that SDSU appears uninterested in moving up. Can they not afford it?
Best way to get more talent is increase scholarships. Right now we have 63. FBS is 85. If you opt into the settlement, it increases to 105. We already have an endowment that perpetually covers all 63, so increasing it would be a breeze
The tougher part would be increasing coaching salaries but it's very do-able
